1. Service Agreement
By using Scoop & Co’s pet waste removal services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Our goal is to provide a convenient, reliable, and professional service, but certain responsibilities and conditions must be met to ensure smooth operations.
2. Client Responsibilities
To provide the best possible service, clients must:
• Ensure their yard is accessible on scheduled service days (see Access to Property).
• Keep the yard reasonably maintained. If turf is overgrown, or if fallen leaves and other debris are covering the ground, we will clean to the best of our ability, but some missed piles may occur.
• Keep dogs inside if they are aggressive or protective (see Dog Safety).
• Notify us in advance if any access details change (e.g., new gate lock, different entrance).
3. Access to Property
• Gates must be unlocked on the day of service. If we cannot access your property, the visit will be skipped, and a double cleanup will be done at the next visit.
• If you have a different entrance we should use, please let us know in advance.
• If a service is skipped due to lack of access, no refund will be provided.
4. Dog Safety
• We’re happy to clean while your dogs are outside as long as they are friendly. If your dog is protective or aggressive, they must be kept inside during the visit.
• If an aggressive dog is left outside and we cannot safely enter, the visit will be skipped, and a double cleanup will be done at the next scheduled visit. No refund will be provided.
5. Extreme Weather & Missed Visits
• If extreme weather conditions (heatwaves, storms, hail, heavy rain, or flooding) make it unsafe to complete service, the visit may be skipped.
• If scheduling allows, we will try to reschedule the visit. Otherwise, we will complete a double cleanup at your next scheduled visit.
• Clients will be notified of any cancellations due to weather.
6. Pricing & Payments
• Scoop & Co’s pricing is based on the number of dogs, service frequency, and any selected add-ons.
• Payment for services is required in advance or on the day of service.
• Recurring services are billed automatically based on the selected schedule.
• A late payment may result in service suspension until payment is received.
7. Discounts & Promotions
• The initial cleanup fee of $150 is waived when signing up for a recurring service. Instead, the standard recurring rate will apply from the first visit.
• Clients who refer a friend will receive a discount on their next bill once the referred person signs up for recurring service.
8. Waste Disposal
• By default, pet waste is disposed of in the client’s bin unless an alternative disposal method is requested.
• Clients can opt for waste removal as an add-on service for an additional fee.
9. Liability
• Scoop & Co is not responsible for damage to grass, plants, or outdoor surfaces due to pet waste accumulation.
• We are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages resulting from pet waste in the yard.
10. Service Termination
• Scoop & Co reserves the right to cancel a subscription or refuse service to any client for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Unsafe working conditions (aggressive dogs, dangerous property conditions).
• Repeated failure to provide access.
• Non-payment or late payments.
• Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior toward staff.
• If a subscription is canceled by Scoop & Co, any prepaid services will be refunded at our discretion.
11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
• Scoop & Co reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
